Shipping & Handling

• Processing and handling will be completed within 3-5 business days of receiving an order
• Domestic (US) orders can take from 1-2 weeks to ship depending on the size of the order

International Shipping

• International Shipping can take 2+ weeks or even longer than expected, please be patient with the international shipping process!
• The customer is responsible for any VAT or import taxes that may incur when receiving orders.
• International Shipping is currently offered to:

• All sales are final and I do not issue refunds!
• Kellyfleur does not take responsibility in the case that the mail is lost or stolen
• If your items come damaged, please contact me to work out a solution!

Chou is my mascot! You can see it in my logo or across my pages. A cabbage patch bun, essentially - "chou" is derived from "mon petit chou" a French term of endearment and the shape was inspired by cauliflowers (where my username also came from cauli-flower -> kelly-fleur) and buns!
